Our Work

How do we do what we do?

Our work starts with emptying our mind: we throw out any assumptions so that we are open to what you want to share and we give you our total attention. We ask searching questions and listen intently to help you and us to gain insights into, and fully understand, your world; to enable an accurate picture of your current context and the critical issues to emerge; to appreciate your hopes and aspirations for the future and even your concerns and, perhaps, worries.

We enter into a dialogue with you in which we together create an improved understanding of what you want to achieve, and a shared commitment to working together to achieve the improvements and outcomes you are seeking. We maintain this dialogue throughout our work together to plan, act, reflect and critique progress, and to sustain the momentum required to achieve success.

What we are not!

We do not see ourselves as consultants as we believe that model of working is not appropriate for our work with clients. Please don’t get us wrong: there is a time and a place for consultants!

In our work we promote having a joint and shared responsibility for success throughout the development process. We do, of course, have expertise and wisdom about transforming leadership, teamwork and culture that we are keen to share with you, but we don’t want you to be passive. We want to actively engage with you right from the start having robust and meaningful conversations that will enable us to get right to the heart of your development problems or opportunities. By doing this we can together shape and implement the development processes that will encourage and enable your leaders, teams and organisation to grow and flourish.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching

Our approach to coaching leaders is ‘inside-out’: we support and challenge leaders to take responsibility for their own and others’ performance, and commit to developing themselves and then others to improve and succeed.

Creating High-Performing Teams

Creating High-Performing Teams

Creating high-performing teams involves encouraging and up-skilling team members to engage in powerful and meaning dialogue, and building a sense of inter-connectedness that transcends normal teamwork.

Creating Thriving Business Cultures and Communities

Creating Thriving Business Cultures and Communities

If you really want people to be and give their best you have to totally engage with each person as a whole rather than just their minds. We start with engaging the top team in how to transform culture and build a thriving business community.
